Not all problems require us to come to your office, and, as you can see in the chart below, an average of over 80% of our clients' support problems are solved over the phone. When circumstances do make a site visit necessary, over 80% of the remainder are solved on the first visit, requiring no further support from us to solve the problem. Only four calls in a hundred need more than one site visit.
