Why not recommend the very best in Mac support to your clients?
Unlike many IT companies for whom support is just an add-on, SupportPlan is entirely dedicated to service. We have no sales force and rely on referrals and strategic partners to expand our business.
We are therefore looking for additional partners to recommend our services to clients with Macintosh systems. You may meet Mac users because you work in sectors such as publishing, printing/copying, networking, security, IT hosting and so on. Or perhaps you do computer support yourself, but do not have in-house Mac expertise available in our area.
We always collaborate on a ‘non-competition’ basis: we only provide services that do not encroach upon our partners’ business. Potential partners therefore also include Apple dealers who don’t offer Mac support, or who are in their parts of the country, resellers of Windows-based PCs and other IT equipment, IT support/outsourcing companies and other support organisations.
What’s in it for you?
We offer Support Partners substantial introductory and renewal commissions. We sign agreements with precise definition of respective responsibilities and strict competition (‘non-compete’) clauses.
Where is the catch?
There is none.
Partner FAQs
The following FAQs are designed to answer the most common questions that prospective Support Partners have. If you have any issues to discuss which are not answered here, please call us on 020 7582 9999.
What’s in it for me?
First and foremost, you get a happy client who is receiving an excellent service. Since you have introduced the service, you build an even stronger relationship with your client.
You can also earn well from being a SupportPlan partner. We offer very substantial introductory commissions, which should make a SupportPlan partnership a very welcome addition to your portfolio of products and services.
And you will carry on earning, throughout the duration of the contract.
What’s in it for my client?
Your client will get an expert Mac-based service from a company with over 15 years of experience servicing clients, most of whom specialise in design, publishing, new media, advertising, marketing, PR and other creative services.
Who does the billing?
Generally we do, and your client deals with SupportPlan direct. If, however, you would prefer to do first line support and client billing yourself, then we are happy to discuss this.
What about additional services?
We are able to provide a wide range of supplementary Mac-related services, including networking and communications, database development, web services and Windows expertise.
Please note that where a partner is involved, we only supply additional services with the express agreement of that partner. Our partnership agreement provides for you to earn from any additional work.
How do I know you will not take business from me?
Support Partners are essential to our business, since we do not have a direct sales force. So non-competition lies at the heart of our relationship.
We will not interfere with your core business in any way, and only provide the services that you request. We also undertake not to deal with that client through any other Support Partner or other third party, to keep secret our arrangements with you and the client or to engage in any other business with them whatsoever without your permission. And we back this all up in a written agreement.
