With a dedicated support line, a Central London-based team of Apple-certified Mac engineers and a proactive approach, we take the role of a virtual IT department, enabling you to get on with the job you do best.

In simple terms, that means fixing your Mac IT problems quickly and efficiently. We promise our engineers will be in touch within one hour of your first call and we have a 98% success rate of fixing problems remotely.

Our flexible approach enables you to mix and match requested response times to fit your requirements.

If you have an urgent problem, choose our Express Service and one of our expert engineers will be with you in as little as two hours.

Alternatively, our standard service will have an engineer at your door within just four hours or, if you don’t have any demanding deadlines and have a little time on your hands, our six or eight hour call-out options offer the most cost-effective approach.

Investing in our fixed price Premium Support Plan means no extra payments for our engineers’ expertise; parts delivered, installed and tested for no additional cost; and if for any reason we can’t deliver an immediate solution, we provide loan equipment to make sure you can continue to service your clients as seamlessly as possible.

You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually and we believe that choosing this option enables us to get to know you better.
